Return Policy

We do our best to ensure that everything works as it should, but if any of our items prove to be defective within three days of purchase, we will issue a refund. Please read the return and refund policies mentioned below.

Many minor technical problems can be overcome by consulting the product’s user manual; however, if the problem persists, please contact our helpline, and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

We’ll also guide you to the appropriate warranty centre in your region for troubleshooting advice and other minor issues.

All of the products we provide must adhere to the terms of the contract Metro Online makes with you when you place an order. If they don’t, in addition to your legal rights, you have the following options:

  1. You will be given the option of receiving a full refund within three days of receiving the products.
  2. Within 3 days, we will issue a refund in the form of a voucher. It is a no refund, no return policy after 3 days.
  3. The voucher’s terms and conditions are distinct. Customers will be able to use it only on Metro Online platforms (web/apps), and it will be available for one month from the date of purchase. The customer can only use it once, in one order for the whole amount, and it cannot be split into several orders. The code would become inapplicable once it has been used on the platforms. The refund will be issued to the consumer as a discount in the form of a voucher.
  4. We can only issue a refund (within 3 days) if the packaging is in good condition, the product is not damaged or broken, and there are no other issues.
  5. All goods must be returned so that we can inspect and investigate the returns.
    If the product has a technical problem after three days, the consumer can call our helpline, and we will direct them to the brand’s warranty centre.
  6. We can refer customers to the brand warranty centre for device-related problems after use or the return window has expired (if applicable).
    Please note that if the invoice is not stamped at the time of delivery, the refund claim will be denied
